Water Outages

There are two types of water outages: planned and emergency. If there is a current outage of either type it will be displayed as a box on the interactive map below (users can move the map and scroll in to find your area). For additional information regarding an outage that is displayed, click on the box within the map.

Emergency Outages occur unexpectedly due to issues like breaks, leaks, or other damage within the system. If you are affected by an emergency water outage and it is not shown below, please contact our office 24/7 at 303-530-4200. If the emergency outage is shown below, please know that crews are working diligently to make necessary repairs and restore service.

Planned Outages are scheduled in advance to allow crews to conduct maintenance and repairs on the water system. Affected residents will receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before and planned outage.

After a Water Outage: Once service is restored, some customers near the affected area may experience temporary discolored water or air in their line. This should clear up on its own. If the problems persist, please contact our office 24/7 at 303-530-4200.
